A Love of Mountains

John Mackay was a well-known doctor in Hong Kong for many years, and then decided in the peak of history medical career to throw it in and travel the world instead. He set himself the goal of climbing the highest peak in as many countries and territories as possible, and spent thirty years on the endeavor, experiencing many adventures along the way. A Love of Mountains is his memoir of those adventures, a love story to the highest points in the world.
